Returns

If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return it at any time before use. The item must be unused, in original condition and packaging. Once inspected and approved, a full refund will be issued through your original payment method.

Replacements & Warranty

Selected items that include a warranty can be replaced within 6 months of purchase in case of manufacturing defects or damage under normal use. Please contact our support team with proof of purchase and product details for replacement assistance.

Exceptions

For hygiene and safety reasons, used or damaged jewelry cannot be accepted for return or replacement unless proven defective.
