  • Currently, we only accept Cash on Delivery (COD).

  • No payment or card details are stored by us.

  • International orders are accepted only on special request via email or WhatsApp.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders are shipped within Pakistan through PostEx, our trusted courier partner.

  • Delivery times may vary based on location.

  • Customers will receive a confirmation message once the order is dispatched.

5. Return & Replacement Policy

  • As per Islamic rules, you may return any unused item at any time for a full refund.

  • Products with a 6-month warranty may be replaced in case of manufacturing defects.

  • Used or damaged items not caused by Mehriza are not eligible for return.
