At Mehriza, we aim to deliver your jewelry with care, honesty, and efficiency — in full alignment with Islamic business ethics. Please read our shipping terms carefully before placing your order.


1. Delivery Coverage

  • We currently ship all across Pakistan.

  • International delivery is available only upon special request. For international orders, please contact us via support@mehriza.com or WhatsApp at 0309-8108861 before placing an order.


2. Courier Partner

All orders are shipped through our trusted courier partner, PostEx.
We ensure your parcels are carefully packed and safely handed over for secure delivery.


3. Delivery Time

  • Standard delivery time: 3 to 7 working days within Pakistan.

  • For remote areas, delivery may take slightly longer.

  • During peak seasons or holidays, slight delays may occur — we appreciate your patience and understanding.


4. Shipping Charges

  • Free delivery may apply on certain promotional offers.

  • Standard shipping charges (if applicable) will be shown at checkout before you confirm your order.


5. Order Confirmation & Tracking

  • Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation message or email.

  • After dispatch, you’ll receive a tracking number to monitor your delivery status directly via PostEx.


6. Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • We currently offer Cash on Delivery only.

  • Please ensure that someone is available at your address to receive and pay for the order upon arrival.

  • We do not store any payment information and never ask for advance payments.


7. Damaged or Lost Packages

  • If your parcel arrives damaged, please do not accept it and inform us immediately.

  • If a parcel is lost during shipment, we will investigate with our courier partner and offer a suitable resolution.
